Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellation or rescheduling will be considered forfeited. Clients who wish to reschedule are required to book a new session through the website using the same receipt and reference number from their original booking. Only a one-time reschedule is allowed, and the same value or package will be applied to the new booking. To proceed, kindly complete the booking form and include the following details in the “Send a Message” field: original booking schedule, new date and time of session, registered name, facility booked, and reason for rescheduling.
