Cancellation Policy

Payments can be made anytime via GCash or Bank Transfer, while cash payments must be settled at the PLAYspacio cashier on or before 3:00 PM. Your booking will be confirmed via email once payment is received. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to maximize your experience and present your digital or printed confirmation upon entry. Should you need to reschedule, kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability). For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, kindly follow PLAYspacio’s house rules during your visit.
