PLAYSPACIO HOUSE RULES

OPERATING HOURS

Playspacio is open from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please plan your visit accordingly. 

Holiday Schedule & Special Closures: 

  • Holy Thursday – Closed 

  • Good Friday – Closed 

  • All Saints Day – Closed 

  • December 31 – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

GENERAL RULES

  • All guests must register at the reception/front desk prior to using any facility and present a valid ID or booking confirmation upon entry.

  • Guests must adhere to their scheduled time slot. Time limits must be observed, and extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Smoking, vaping, drinking of alcoholic beverages and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the premises.

  • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in specific areas or for approved events.

  • Guests are encouraged to consume food and beverages in designated areas only.

  • Rough play, fighting, and the use of foul language are strictly prohibited. 

  • Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Guests engage in activities at their own risk. Playspacio is not liable for any injuries sustained during sports or physical activities, and all incidents must be reported to staff right away.

  • Any special events or activities beyond regular facility use must be approved by staff, with applicable charges.

  • Booking cancellations must be made before the scheduled session date. Same-day cancellations will not be accepted and will incur full charges.

  • All users must treat equipment and facilities with proper care and return them in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the user will be charged accordingly.

  • All guests and users are expected to treat staff and fellow guests with respect and courtesy.

  • Management is not liable for any lost or stolen personal belongings. All personal items must be collected before leaving the station.

  • Management reserves the right to terminate usage without refund or refuse entry/remove individuals in case of rule violations, disruptive behavior, or disputes. All management decisions regarding enforcement and disputes shall be final.

SPORTS ARENA
(BASKETBALL, BADMINTON COURTS)

  • Court use is strictly limited to the reserved schedule. Setup and cleanup must be completed within the booked time, and clients must vacate promptly at the end of their session to accommodate the next reservation. Extension must be requested at least 15 minutes before the session ends and is subject to availability.

  • Appropriate athletic attire and footwear are required. Sandals, slippers, or open-toed shoes are not allowed while playing on the court.

  • Warm up properly before engaging in any physical activity.

  • All participants must exhibit fair play, good sportsmanship, and mutual respect at all times.

  • Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas and must not interfere with active play.

  • Court and arena use is scheduled per reservation. Guests must vacate the premises promptly at the end of their session to give way to the next users.

  • Eating inside the court is not allowed for safety purposes unless permitted for approved events.

  • Charging of personal gadgets through facility outlets is not allowed. Exceptions may be granted only with prior approval from management and when operational requirements permit.

  • Tournaments and special events are subject to separate registration and rules provided at the time of booking.

  • Participants engage in sports activities at their own risk. Playspacio is not liable for sports-related injuries. Any injury or incident must be reported to staff immediately.

  • Guests are encouraged to keep the court area neat and free of trash while ensuring personal belongings are collected after the session.

  • Booking cancellations must be made before the scheduled session date. Same-day cancellations will not be accepted and will incur full charges.

  • All guests must comply with the house rules. Any damages or violations may incur corresponding charges and will be enforced by the staff. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to follow the rules.

THE STUDIO

  • Studio use is strictly limited to the reserved schedule. Setup and cleanup must be completed within the booked time, and clients must vacate promptly at the end of their session to accommodate the next reservation. Extension must be requested at least 15 minutes before the session ends and is subject to availability.

  • Treat the studio, equipment, and all facilities with care. Any damage to mirrors, curtains, lockers, floors, or other property must be reported immediately and may be subject to repair or replacement charges.

  • Only clean indoor footwear or appropriate dance shoes are allowed inside the studio. Outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the dance floor.

  • Food is not allowed inside the studio floor area. Only water in sealed or spill-proof containers is permitted.

  • Mirrors are fragile and must be handled with care. Leaning on mirrors, placing equipment against them, or attaching tape, stickers, or other materials is strictly prohibited.

  • Curtains must be handled gently and used only for their intended purpose. Hanging items or pulling excessively on curtains and rods is not allowed.

  • Electrical sockets may only be used for essential low-power equipment such as speakers, chargers, or small devices. Overloading outlets or connecting high-power equipment without permission is not allowed.

  • Lockers are provided for temporary storage during sessions. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items. Guests are advised to secure their belongings properly.

  • Changing rooms must be kept clean and orderly. Personal belongings must not be left unattended and must be removed after the session. Respect the privacy of other users.

  • Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other activities within the facility.

  • Participants engage in activities at their own risk. Warm up properly before physical activity, and immediately report any injury or incident to staff.

  • Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Guests are encouraged to keep the studio area neat and free of trash while ensuring personal belongings are collected after the session.

  • Booking cancellations must be made before the scheduled session date. Same-day cancellations will not be accepted and will incur full charges.

  • All guests must comply with the house rules. Any damages or violations may incur corresponding charges and will be enforced by the staff. 

  • Management reserves the right to terminate usage without refund or refuse entry/remove individuals in case of rule violations, disruptive behavior, or disputes and whenever reasonably required due to prior circumstances impacting the coordination or management of the courts. All management decisions regarding enforcement and disputes shall be final.

KIDZSPACE

  • Children must wash or sanitize hands before entering.

  • Play Pass (3 years & below) and D-I-T Pass require parent/guardian supervision at all times; Learn Pass sessions are supervised by instructors only during the 1-hour activity.

  • Always listen to and follow Kidzspace staff instructions.

  • Be kind. No bullying, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate language.

  • No running or climbing to keep everyone safe and avoid accidents.

  • Sharp objects, weapons, and unsafe items are strictly prohibited.

  • No personal toys except small comfort items approved by staff.

  • No food & drinks allowed only inside the Kidzspace.

  • Take care of toys. Use facilities and equipment properly; damages may be charged.

  • Stay Healthy. Children with contagious illnesses are not allowed inside.

  • Report Illness or Injury. Staff will immediately inform parents/guardians if needed.

  • Liability Notice. A signed waiver may be required; Kidzspace is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

ENTERTAINMENT LOUNGES

  • Entertainment lounge areas are open to registered guests with valid reservations or walk-in access. Guests must follow the maximum capacity limits of the lounge.

  • Guests must share entertainment devices fairly and must not monopolize equipment when others are waiting.

  • Microphones, remote, TV, speaker and all equipment must be handled with care. Any damaged equipment will be subject to corresponding charges.

  • All equipment must remain within the entertainment lounge area and must not be taken outside.

  • Guests are expected to behave courteously while using shared entertainment facilities. Foul language, disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or shouting that disturbs others is not allowed.

  • Only staff may adjust or modify TV and equipment settings. Guests must request assistance from staff for any technical concerns.

  • Food and beverages from the in-house menu are allowed in the lounge. Any spills, especially near equipment, must be reported to staff immediately.

  • Bringing in external sound systems or additional equipment is not permitted without prior approval from management.

  • Guests are encouraged to keep the entertainment lounge area neat and free of trash while ensuring personal belongings are collected after the session.

  • All guests must comply with the house rules. Any damages or violations may incur corresponding charges and will be enforced by the staff. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to follow the rules.

BILLIARDS

  • Billiard tables must be assigned by staff. Guests must not occupy a table without authorization and must follow the maximum number of players allowed per session.

  • All cues, balls, chalk, and racks must be handled with care and returned to their designated holders after each game.

  • Sitting, standing, or placing excessive weight on billiard tables is strictly prohibited.

  • Rough or aggressive cueing that may damage the table felt or equipment is not allowed.

  • Cues must be stored properly using the provided cue racks. Do not lean cues against walls or place them on the floor.

  • Bets, wagers, or gambling of any kind are strictly prohibited.

  • Loud music from personal devices is not allowed to maintain a comfortable and social environment for all guests.

  • Any damaged cues, tips, tables, or accessories must be reported to staff immediately. Guests may be held liable for any damage caused during their session.

  • Guests are encouraged to keep the billiards area neat and free of trash while ensuring personal belongings are collected after the session.

  • All guests must comply with the house rules. Any damages or violations may incur corresponding charges and will be enforced by the staff. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to follow the rules.

DARTS

  • Guests must remain behind the designated throw line (oche) when throwing darts. No one is permitted to stand in front of or near the dartboard while a player is preparing to throw.

  • Players must clearly signal or announce before releasing a dart to ensure the area is clear.

  • Darts must only be thrown toward the designated dartboard and must never be thrown carelessly, in jest, or toward any person or object.

  • Darts may only be retrieved after all players have completed their throws for the round.

  • Guests must use only the darts provided by the facility. All dart equipment, including darts and accessories, must be handled with care and returned to staff after the session.

  • Broken or damaged darts must be reported to staff immediately. Guests may be charged for damaged equipment.

  • Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Any disputes should be resolved calmly or with the assistance of staff.

  • Children under 15 years old must be under direct adult supervision while using the darts area.

  • Guests are encouraged to keep the darts area neat and free of trash while ensuring personal belongings are collected after the session.

  • All guests must comply with the house rules. Any damages or violations may incur corresponding charges and will be enforced by the staff. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to follow the rules.

GAMING ROOM

  • All guests must register at the counter before using any game stations or machines.

  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times.

  • Tampering with, cheating on, or attempting to hack any game machine is strictly prohibited.

  • All gaming consoles, controllers, and accessories must be handled with care. Any damaged equipment will be subject to corresponding charges.

  • Controllers, peripherals, and other equipment must remain within the game room and must not be taken outside.

  • Guests must avoid loitering or crowding around game stations in a way that blocks or intimidates other players.

  • Only staff may adjust or modify TV and equipment settings. Guests must request assistance from staff for any technical concerns.

  • Any malfunction or issue with machines must be reported to staff immediately. User-caused errors or misuse will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Guests are encouraged to keep the gaming area neat and free of trash while ensuring personal belongings are collected after the session.

  • All guests must comply with the house rules. Any damages or violations may incur corresponding charges and will be enforced by the staff. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to follow the rules.

SELF CLICK

  • The Self-Click Studio operates on a first-come, first-served basis unless a reservation has been made.

  • Each session has a designated time limit. Overtime use may incur additional charges.

  • Guests must follow the maximum number of people allowed per booth as indicated at the station.

  • All props and equipment must be handled with care. Any damaged or broken props or equipment will be charged accordingly.

  • Guests must not modify camera, backdrop, lighting, or other equipment settings. Staff must be called for any technical assistance or adjustments.

  • Printed photos are for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written consent from management.

  • All digital outputs are subject to Playspacio’s privacy and media policy.

  • Inappropriate, offensive, or indecent content is strictly prohibited during self-click sessions.

  • Guests are encouraged to keep the self click area neat and free of trash while ensuring personal belongings are collected after the session.

  • All guests must comply with the house rules. Any damages or violations may incur corresponding charges and will be enforced by the staff. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to follow the rules.

MEZZANINE

  • Co-working and meeting rooms are strictly time-bound; overtime is subject to availability and additional charges.

  • The phone booth is for single occupancy only; no additional guests are allowed inside.

  • Guests may enjoy coffee and light snacks as included, and must notify staff prior to using any equipment. Equipment borrowed must be returned to its original state.

  • Headphones must be used when consuming audio content to respect other users.

  • All provided equipment must be returned in original condition; damages will be charged accordingly.

  • Sound levels for conference and function rooms must not disturb adjacent areas; a designated sound limit applies.

  • Our facility is intended for professional use and small group discussions; guests must observe quiet and professional conduct inside and near the room.

  • Guests are encouraged to keep their area neat and free of trash while ensuring personal belongings are collected after the session.

  • All guests must comply with the house rules. Any damages or violations may incur corresponding charges and will be enforced by the staff. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to follow the rules.

EVENT ACTIVITIES & CELEBRATIONS

  • All required documents, including payment, work permits, gate passes, and any other necessary approvals, must be completed and submitted prior to the event.

  • Event organizers are responsible for the behavior of attendees and any damage caused to the facility, equipment, or furnishings.

  • External service providers must be declared in advance.

  • Decorations must be approved by management prior to installation; adhesive materials that may damage walls are prohibited.

  • All equipment, furniture, and provided items must be returned in original condition; damages will be charged.

  • Guests and organizers must comply with all instructions provided by Playspacio staff.
